I highly recommend Sugar Creek Orthodontics. The staff is all very friendly, and Dr. Betsy is great. 2 of my children have already completed their orthodontic treatment, and their teeth look perfect. My 3rd child will be starting his braces soon. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Ulrich and her entire team. From the very beginning, they have been friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly organized, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free. Our son first came here when he was younger for a palatal expander, and now we’re back for braces. Throughout both phases of treatment, we’ve always felt like they truly prioritize what’s best for the patient. They carefully plan each step with the goal of achieving great results while not keeping kids in braces any longer than necessary. What really stands out is how well they connect with their patients. They take the time to explain things, make kids feel comfortable, and create a positive experience every time we walk through the door. We’re so grateful to be in their care and would highly recommend Dr. Ulrich’s office to anyone looking for thoughtful, high-quality orthodontic treatment.

I can’t say enough great things about Sugar Creek. Everyone on staff is amazing, always smiling, helpful. From scheduling to the appointments to any admin work, this group goes above and beyond. Appointments are always on time and very efficient. They are super flexible with the chaotic schedules busy families have. I’ve needed assistance with some insurance and the ladies have been helpful. Payment plans are available. Top notch business!

The vibe of the team at Sugar Creek Orthodontic is positive and welcoming. The office is organized, professional, clean, and on time. They keep me informed of what to expect during each appointment and the upcoming one. Dr. Ulrich always discusses my progress and asks me how things are going. Her team is competent, helpful and friendly. It may be hard to believe, but look forward to seeing them on a monthly basis!

I’ve had three children go through the process of braces at Sugar Creek Orthodontist, and each experience was exceptional! The staff is friendly and efficient. I appreciate the good communication we received on every level. My children have very different personalities, but the staff at Sugar Creek made a positive experience for each child and met their individual needs. We are also very happy with the outcome of each child! We’re thankful for Sugar Creek Orthodontist!
